Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the August app, published by August Solutions, Inc. on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. You do not need the app installed to make a request.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Open the August app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete Account.
3. Review what will be deleted, then tap Delete My Account.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@helloaugust.ai with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your August account. We will verify your identity, confirm the request, and process the deletion on your behalf.

30-day grace period

When you request deletion, your account is deactivated and permanent deletion is scheduled 30 days later. If you change your mind, sign back in during those 30 days (or contact support) and the deletion is cancelled. After the grace period ends, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your user profile and settings, including your name, email, and phone number
• All your meetings and recordings
• Meeting transcripts and summaries
• Action items and notes
• CRM connections and configurations

What may be retained

We may retain limited information after account deletion where required to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, or comply with applicable legal requirements (such as tax or accounting obligations). Residual copies in encrypted backup archives are securely isolated and removed as backups cycle. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
